Our in-house culinary partner builds menus for the occasion — plated dinners for galas, buffets for reunions, stations for festivals, coffee and lunch service for corporate days. For specialized cuisines, we bring in trusted vendor partners.
Prefer your own caterer? Outside catering is welcome for a fee — a fair trade for kitchen access and cleanup support, and far cheaper than venues that forbid it outright.
